If you visited a website or clicked a link
For visitors, we collect analytics on behalf of the website owner (our customer), who decides why the data is collected and is responsible for it. We will help or pass your request to them. We store only pseudonymous identifiers (not your name or phone number), so we may ask you for the identifier in your browser (look for smartwa_vid in the site’s local storage, or the smartwa_link_visitor cookie) to find your records. We cannot find data that is not linked to an identifier you can show us.

- Turn on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser. SmartWA honours both on every website and smart link and then collects no analytics identifier.
- On a customer’s website, choose Decline in the analytics banner or use that site’s privacy settings link.
